Download Refunds
We cannot issue refunds for digital download products.
Once a download is purchased, it is considered final and cannot be refunded, regardless of whether it has been downloaded or not.
If you have encountered a technical issue or other problem with one of our downloads, please contact us for assistance and we may be able to provide an alternate solution.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality, content, or usability of a digital product purchased from us, we will exchange the item for another version, if one is available.
Please contact us to coordinate and process the exchange.
Quest Refunds
Our refund policy for Quest purchases lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have passed since your payment, we can’t offer you a full refund.
Once your refund request is received within 15 days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your PayPal balance, within a certain amount of days.
Membership Refunds
Our refund policy for Membership subscriptions lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have passed since your first payment, we can’t offer you a full refund.
If you want to cancel your membership, please fill in the form on the Manage my Memberships page.
If you have forgotten to cancel your membership before your next billing date, you can still request a refund within 15 days of the billing date.
If 15 days passed from your billing date, then we can’t offer you a full refund.
Simply fill in the same form and write your reason for cancellation as “I forgot to cancel my membership”.
Once your refund request is received within 15 days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your PayPal or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Please include your order number and any other details related to the refund request.
We will investigate further and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible, in-sha-Allah.
